6. Fees, Payments and Expenses

Fees, payment schedules, project charges and any applicable expenses will be confirmed in writing before or during the project.

Unless agreed otherwise, invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.

We may pause work, withhold deliverables or delay further services where payments remain overdue.

Any third-party costs, including advertising spend, software subscriptions, tools, hosting, plugins, content production, design assets or platform fees, are separate unless specifically included in writing.

7. Results and Performance

SEO, advertising and digital marketing performance can be influenced by search engines, platform policies, competitors, website quality, budgets, market demand, technical limitations and client implementation.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, sales figures, revenue outcomes or advertising results unless expressly agreed in a written contract.

Any examples, case studies, estimates or performance references are illustrative and should not be treated as a promise of identical results.

8. Changes to Search Engines and Platforms

Search engines, social platforms, advertising platforms and software providers may change their algorithms, policies, interfaces, pricing or features without notice.

We are not responsible for performance changes, account restrictions, policy changes, outages or decisions made by third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all pre-existing materials, systems, methods, templates, processes, frameworks and intellectual property used by Manish SEO remain our property.

Once agreed fees have been paid in full, clients may use final deliverables created specifically for their project for their intended business purpose.

Clients may not resell, redistribute or claim ownership of our underlying methods, templates or internal working materials without written permission.

We will take reasonable steps to keep client information confidential and use it only for delivering services, managing the relationship or meeting legal obligations.

Clients should avoid sharing highly sensitive information unless necessary for the agreed work.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manish SEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses, including loss of revenue, profits, data, rankings, opportunities or reputation.

Our total liability relating to a specific service engagement will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that service during the period directly connected to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

We may use or recommend third-party tools, websites, software, platforms or service providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, performance or content of third-party services.
